Fat Chick Roasted Brussels
No one’s rolling their eyes at these sprouts. They’re roasted hard with Fat Chick until the edges get crispy and the insides stay soft. Add a balsamic drizzle—or don’t. They’ll still disappear.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Fat Chick
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss sprouts with oil and Fat Chick.
- Roast on a sheet pan for 20–25 minutes, flipping once for that even crisp.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if you’re feeling bougie.
