Fat Chick Roasted Brussels

No one’s rolling their eyes at these sprouts. They’re roasted hard with Fat Chick until the edges get crispy and the insides stay soft. Add a balsamic drizzle—or don’t. They’ll still disappear.

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Fat Chick
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss sprouts with oil and Fat Chick.
  3. Roast on a sheet pan for 20–25 minutes, flipping once for that even crisp.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if you’re feeling bougie.

Crumble some bacon on top and call it a meal.
