Game Day Porker Dip
Creamy, cheesy, meaty, and just a little dangerous—this four-ingredient masterpiece is a must for tailgates, backyard hangs, or post-midnight fridge raids. We took a classic sausage dip and cranked it up with Porker Rub to make sure nobody leaves hungry (or unimpressed).
Servings: 6–8 (or 1 if you have no self-control and a big bag of chips)
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork sausage (or sub ground turkey if you're feelin’ virtuous)
- 1 tablespoon Porker Rub
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed
-
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies (do not drain)
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Break it up as you go—this is a dip, not meatballs.
- Once cooked, drain excess grease if needed, then stir in the Porker Rub. This is where the magic happens.
- Add cream cheese and Rotel. Stir until everything melts into a glorious, slightly spicy mess.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, toasted bread, or your bare hands. No judgment.
📝 Fat Man’s Notes
- Want to keep it warm for hours? Dump it in a small slow cooker and stir occasionally. Boom—party hero.
- Feeling bold? Add cooked crumbled bacon or black beans to stretch it.
- This is a “better the second time” kind of dish. Leftovers = top-tier breakfast taco filler.
