Grilled Chicken Thighs with Porker

If you're the type to skip over boneless thighs at the store, this is your wake-up call and you are about to be converted. These things are juicy, forgiving, and made for the grill. Hit 'em with Porker, flip once, glaze if you want to get fancy, and boom—you’ve got chicken worth putting your name on.

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15–20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Porker Rub
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat (about 375°F).
  2. Rub thighs with olive oil and season all over with Porker.
  3. Grill for 6–7 minutes per side until they hit 165°F and get a little char going.
  4. Brush with honey in the last 2 minutes if you're feeling saucy.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with grilled veggies, rice, or straight from the tongs. (You're safe, this is a no judgement zone.)

✅ Fat Man Tip

These thighs reheat like a dream. Make extra and eat well all week in salads, sandwiches and midnight snacks.
