Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Porker

Quick, smoky, and ready to impress in under 10 minutes. These shrimp get a generous toss in Porker, hit the grill fast, and pick up just enough char to make them feel fancy. Whether you're loading them on a platter or sliding them into tacos, these skewers don’t stick around long.

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Porker Rub
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If you're using wooden skewers, soak them first so they don’t go up in flames.
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, Porker, and lemon juice until everything’s evenly coated and smelling like a good idea.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers—no crowding. Let ’em breathe.
  4. Grill 2–3 minutes per side, just until pink and slightly charred.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges or garlic butter for dipping.

✅ Fat Man Tip

Want to make 'em disappear even faster? Toss with melted butter, minced garlic, and another pinch of Porker after they come off the grill.
