Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Porker Rub
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Wooden skewers, soaked 20-30 minutes in water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil your grates for easy release.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, Porker, and lemon juice until everything’s evenly coated and smelling like a good idea.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers—no crowding. Let ’em breathe.
  4. Grill 2–3 minutes per side, just until pink and slightly charred.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges or garlic butter for dipping.
