Porker Grilled Corn

This ain’t just corn on the cob. This is golden, fire-kissed corn slathered in butter and hit with a dusting of Porker. Serve it at a backyard bash or on a Tuesday night—it never misses.

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears corn, husked
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Porker if you're the measuring type. Otherwise, sprinkle it on 'til that cob says "I love you!"

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Toss corn on the grill and rotate every few minutes until you’ve got char and sizzle, about 8–10 minutes total.
  3. Brush with melted butter while still hot.
  4. Sprinkle with Porker like it’s your signature move.

Fat Man Tip

Want to get wild? Add a shower of Cotija cheese and a squeeze of lime and call it BBQ street corn.
