Porker Roasted Sweet Potatoes

These aren’t candied yams. These are roasted, caramelized, and loaded with just enough spice to make them land somewhere between side dish and straight-up dessert. You’ll find yourself sneaking bites before they hit the table.

Servings: 4 as a side, 2 as a meal
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed (cutting these bad boys count as your workout for the day)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Porker Rub

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil and Porker until coated.
  3. Roast on a sheet pan for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Serve hot and let everyone pretend it was just a “healthy” choice.
