Porker Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed (cutting these bad boys count as your workout for the day)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Porker Rub
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil and Porker until coated.
- Roast on a sheet pan for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
